The latest edition of the fabtic quarterly e-newsetter is now available.
It features an interview with psychotherapist and author Betsy de Thierry discussing childhood trauma, and how regular supervision and training can help staff in how they respond and cope with the emotional impact of working with trauma.
There is also information on how practitioners can access free support during COVD-19, including online supervision, training and workshops provided by fabtic.
Finally, there is a call for research for inclusion in an international review. Conducted by a research team from Victoria University, Wellington, the review aims to identify gaps in the juvenile firesetting literature so that recommendations can be made to advance the field.
